Responsibilities
& requirements

Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems and improve AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML components into systems, lead the design and deployment of scalable solutions, and mentor junior engineers. Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and contribute innovative ideas, while maintaining high code quality and system performance through code reviews.

Applicants should have an MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in machine learning. Proficiency in Python, R, or Java and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is required. Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and statistical models, along with the ability to deploy machine learning models in production, is essential. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are also needed.
